1. Hello listening friends,

4. We are in the midst of a series of messages on the I Am sayings of Jesus Christ.

5. The Bible said,

6. In the final day,

7. Where there is a new earth, a new heaven,
在新天新地之中,

8. The sun will be no more,

9. Because the Son of God will be our light.

10. This light was fully revealed 2000 years ago,
这光早在两千年前就已经完全被显露出来,

11. When Jesus declared that he is the light of the world.
就是在耶稣宣告,祂是世界的光的时候。

12. Jesus the light of the world,
耶稣是世界的光,

13. He shines,
祂发出的光辉,

14. Not only in the hearts and the minds of those who follow them,
不仅照亮那些跟从者的心灵,

15. But he will also shine in their homes and in their dwelling places.
祂也照亮他们的家和居所。

16. The forces of darkness now seem to be gathering together,
现今,黑暗的势力似乎都聚集在一起,

17. The forces of darkness now seem to be uniting together.
黑暗的势力似乎都联合在一起了。

18. Perhaps because the evil one sees that his time is drawing near,
也许魔鬼知道他的结局近了,

19. And that is why he is working his hardest to mislead as any people as he can.
所以他才会无所不用其极地想要迷惑众人。

20. And the declaration of the Lord Jesus Christ ,
然而主耶稣基督宣告说,

21. That he is the light of the world,
祂是世界的光,

22. Gives us comfort,
这给了我们安慰,

23. Gives us courage.
给了我们鼓励。

24. To know that no matter how much darkness may be on the increase,
让我们知道,无论多大的黑暗,

25. It can never, never overcome the light.
它也永远战胜不了光明。

26. Jesus said I am the light of the world.
耶稣说:我是世界的光。

27. He who follows me shall not walk in darkness,
那跟从我的,就不在黑暗中行,

28. But have the light of life.
却有生命的光。

29. Who could deny the massive darkness that we face in these days?
谁能否认我们现今所面临的强大黑暗势力呢?

30. Darkness that threatens our generation worldwide.
黑暗威胁这整个世代。

31. I want to tell you about several of those elements of darkness:
我想告诉你关于这黑暗的几个要素:

32. First we face the darkness of relativism.
第一,我们面临相对主义的黑暗势力。

33. Which has given us a generation which cannot distinguish between right and wrong.
相对主义使我们这个世代黑白不分,是非混淆。

34. Schools and colleges of all kinds have taught and continue to teach that there are no moral absolutes.
教育界正在教导人们,没有绝对的道德标准。

35. They teach that right and wrong are subjective concepts,
他们教导说,对错只是一个主观的理念,

36. And they don’t belong to an enlightened society.
不适用于文明社会。

37. Our call is to say, no this is a fallacy!
而我们却要说,不!这是一个谬论!

38. And we must tell them that it has never worked in the past,
我们必须告诉他们,这谬论在以前是行不通的,

39. Will never work in the future.
以后也永远行不通。

40. We must provide an environment in our homes and our churches for the young people,
我 们必须在家里或是教会中,为我们的年轻人营造一个环境,

41. So they can learn the truth,
这样,他们可以学习真理,

42. And they develop their critical senses,
并帮助他们建立自己的判断能力,

43. And to realize the consequences and the lies of sin.
从而意识到罪的虚谎和结果。

44. Secondly we have the darkness of Biblical relativism.
第二,我们面临圣经相对主义的黑暗势力。

45. The relative theology teaches that since the Bible belongs to a pre-scientific time,
相对神学说,既然圣经属于科学发达前的时代,

46. It can only be understood and interpreted as figure of speech and symbolic.
那么,圣经只能被看作是一种象征性的文学作品。

47. We must shine the light of Jesus,
我们必须发出耶稣的光来,

48. Not only to expose this old lie,
不仅要揭发这个古旧的谎言,

49. But to instruct and train God’s people of all ages,
更要指示,并教导历世历代神的儿女,

50. As reflections of the real light.
像真光的反射一样。

51. We must provide opportunities for those who have been mislead to come out and experience firsthand how the light can shine in the midst of darkness.
我们要给那些曾经迷失的人一个机会,使他们可以亲自体会这光是怎样在黑暗中照耀的。

52. Thirdly we have the darkness of immorality.
第三,我们面临道德堕落的黑暗势力。

53. Which has given many cities around the world drugs and violence.
这股势力将毒品和暴力带到世界上许多城市里。

54. Our call is to reflect the great light clearly.
我们领受的呼召,就是要将伟大的真光反射出来。

55. We are to shine the light of Jesus Christ and declare what the Bible declares.
要发出耶稣基督的光来,也要宣告圣经所说的。

56. That sin is an abomination in the sight of God,
圣经指出,在神眼中,罪是十分可憎之物,

57. But we must reach with love and compassion.
但我们必须用爱心和仁慈对待人。

58. We must reach to individuals who are being misled by a handful of people who deceive them,
面对每一个曾被欺骗过的人,

59. We must reach to them with love and compassion.
我们必须付出爱心和仁慈。

60. We are called upon to shine our light upon the world and expose the darkness,
我们被呼召向这个世界发光,揭发黑暗的势力;

61. Yet by the same token, we must reach with arms of love and compassion for those who have been misled,
同时也要向那些迷失的人,伸出慈爱的双臂,

62. Especially those who do not believe that there is a God.
特别是那些不相信有上帝的人。

63. We must declare to them the light of God’s love and forgiveness and restoration.
我们要宣告神慈爱,宽恕,重建的光芒。

64. Then there is another form of darkness,
还有另一种形式的黑暗,

65. It is a darkness of materialism.
就是物质主义的黑暗。

66. We must shine the light of those who worship money,
我们必须去光照那些崇拜金钱的人;

67. We must shine the light upon those who would do anything for money,
我们必须去照亮那些唯利是图的人;

68. We must shine the light on the world to our young people who are most vulnerable of all
我们必须去光照那些最容易被诱惑的年轻人。

69. And we must say to them that material possession is not the answer.
我们要告诉他们,拥有财富并不是生命的答案。

70. That means that parents must work extra hard,
也就是说,身为父母的要格外努力,

71. To be light to their children,
才能作孩子们的表率;

72. To warn them of the wicked forces out there.
才能警戒他们,要提防这个世代邪恶的势力。

73. And must show them love by spending time with them.
父母需要花时间陪伴孩子,来表达对他们的爱。

74. Please listen carefully:
请仔细听我说:

75. Ignoring your children will only deliver them to the arms of those ungodly forces of darkness.
忽视你的孩子,只会把他们送到不敬畏神的,黑暗的势力手中。

76. Someone explained the influence of parents upon their children in these words:
有人用下面的话来形容亲子关系:

77. If the light is in them, it must shine.
如果父母生命中有光,它一定会发出来。

78. If darkness reigns, is shades.
如果黑暗掌权,它就带来阴影。

79. If they are frozen with selfishness, the cold will chill the atmosphere around them.
如果他们生长在自私的冰窖里,那寒气就会影响他们周围的环境。

80. And if corrupt and vile they will poison them.
久而久之,就会腐蚀他们的身心。

81. Jesus said:
耶稣说:

82. I am the light of the world.
我是世界的光。

83. However he also said:
但祂同时也说:

84. You are the light of the world.
你们是世界的光。

85. And in this connection Jesus said:
耶稣用下面的话来作连接:

86. Even so let your light shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven.
好叫你们如同明光照耀在人前,使人看见你们的好行为,就归荣耀给你们在天上的父。

87. What a challenging word!
这是多大的一个挑战啊!

88. Earlier in John chapter 8 verses 1 to 11,
早在约翰福音8章1到11节中,

89. Jesus was dealing with one form of darkness,
耶稣对付了某一种形式的黑暗,

90. Moral darkness.
就是道德上的黑暗。

91. He came to a woman who was accused of adultery,
当祂面对那个行淫的妇人时,

92. And told those who accused her to throw the first stone,
耶稣告诉那些控告淫妇的人说,

93. If they were sinless.
如果谁没有罪,就可以第一个用石头打她。

94. When there was no one forthcoming,
然而却没有一个人敢进前来,

95. Jesus told the woman:
于是耶稣告诉妇人:

96. Neither do I condemn thee,
我也不定你的罪,

97. Go and sin no more.
平平安安地去吧,只是不要再犯罪。

98. Down in the dark secrets of the lives of the crowd,
在众人生命的黑暗隐密处,

99. Jesus’ light flashed,
耶稣的真光照耀,

100. And they could not bear it,
使他们不能担当,

101. And they turned and went away,
只好转身离开了,

102. From the eldest to the youngest.
从老到小都离开了。

103. See how his light was shining upon this woman.
我们看见,祂的光是怎样照亮这个妇人的。

104. Jesus knew her,
耶稣认识她,

105. The light was full of grace.
耶稣的光充满了恩典。

106. But it was not soft on sin,
但并不是对罪手软,

107. He told her, go and sin no more.
祂告诉妇人,平平安安地去吧,只是不要再犯罪。

108. Because in effect,
因为实际上,

109. She cannot habitually sin once the light has come into her life.
当光进入她的生命,她就不可能继续活在罪中。

110. She cannot habitually sin after the light expose the darkness out of her life
当光照亮她生命的黑暗隐密处时,她就不可能继续活在罪中。

111. When light comes in,
光一进来,

112. Habitual sin goes out.
捆绑之罪就出去。

113. When light comes in,
当光一进来,

114. Habitual sin has no power to enslave you,
罪就失去辖制你的能力,

115. Because light is a dominating factor.
因为光是一个主导因素。

116. When light comes in,
当光照进来,

SECTION B
乙部

1. Routine sin no longer committed thoughtlessly.
惯行的罪就不可能在无意间跑出来。

2. When light comes in,
当光照进来,

3. The darkness of sin cannot survive for very long.
罪的黑暗权势只能苟延残喘。

4. Does it mean perfection?
但是,这意味着完美了吗?

5. Not at all!
当然不是!

6. But when we are tempted and fall,
当我们受试探,犯罪堕落时,

7. In the dark pit of sin.
我们落在罪的深坑之中。

8. Jesus shines and stretches his hand, and says, get up, continue and sin no more.
耶稣发出光来,并伸出祂的手,对我们说,起来走吧,不要再犯罪了。

9. I am the light of the world said Jesus..
耶稣说,我就是世界的光。

10. Is there a dark chamber in your heart?
在你心深处是否有一黑暗角落?

11. And every time the light of Jesus shines and tries to expose it you pretend that you don’t see it.
每次当耶稣的真光照耀进来时,你就假装看不到。

12. That does not honor God.
这是不敬畏神的表现。

13. If you are a believer,
如果你是一个信徒,

14. And you want to honor God in your life,
你想在你的生命中敬畏神,

15. Help get the spotlight focused on whatever you are afraid of,
那么,就尽量求真光照亮你最怕被触及的角落,

16. Let his power light and his loving beams help cleanse you and restore you.
让祂慈爱能力的光洁净、重建你。

17. Or you may be a person who has lived all of your life without moral or ethical boundaries,
或许,你的生活一向都不受伦理道德所规范,

18. Every times Jesus, the light of the world, speaks to your heart,
每一次当耶稣,这位世界的光对你的心说话时,

19. The devil tells you, not yet,
魔鬼就对你说,还不到时候,

20. You have plenty of time.
你有的是时间。

21. Jesus wants to say to you, go, sin no more.
耶稣却想要对你说,去吧,不要再犯罪了。

22. Jesus wants to empower you to overcome the slavery of habitual sin.
耶稣想要给你力量,来胜过罪的奴役。

23. Jesus wants to shine his light upon you,
耶稣想要光照你,

24. And make you to be light.
使你成为光明。

25. Will you let him do that tonight?
今天你愿意让祂这样做吗?

26. Let me conclude by telling you a story.
让我用个故事来结束今天的信息。

27. It will illustrate what I’m trying to tell you.
这故事会更清楚地说明我想要告诉你的信息。

28. Alexander the great was regent of Macedonia at the age of 16.
亚力山大大帝在十六岁时,就治理马其顿地区。

29. He was victorious general at the age of 18.
他在十八岁时作了常胜将军。

30. He was king by the age of 20.
二十岁就登基为王。

31. He died before the age of 33,
三十三岁不到就过世了,

32. After he conquered the whole world.
但那时他已征服了全世界。

33. His father, Phillip of Macedonia, was also a military genius.
他的父亲,被称为马其顿的飞利浦,也是一个军事天才。

34. And one day,
有一天,

35. Alexander was in early teens,
在亚力山大还年幼的时候,

36. His father took him to buy a very famous horse.
他父亲带他去购买一匹名驹。

37. This was well-trained horse but was a vicious animal.
那是一只训练有素,但仍具野性的动物。

38. As they watched the stallion together,
他们看着这匹名种马,

39. They saw how unmanageable he was,
他们看到这匹马不愿受控制,

40. None of them could even mount him.
甚至没有人能骑上马。

41. Young Alexander noted that the horse seemed to be afraid of his own shadow,
年轻的亚力山大注意到这匹马似乎很害怕牠自己的影子,

42. So he quieted the horse,
于是他让马安静下来,

43. By turning it’s head toward the sun.
只不过是将马头转向太阳而已。

44. Then Alexander mounted the horse,
然后,亚力山大骑上了这匹马,

45. And by keeping him looking toward the light of the sun,
只要保持马头对着太阳,

46. He got him under control.
就控制了牠。

47. And when I read this,
当我读到这个故事时,

48. I thought how many millions of people are afraid of their own shadows,
我想到,世上有许许多多的人都害怕自己的影子,

49. And they are living in the darkness of their own shadow.
他们生活在自己的阴影之中。

50. And only when they turn their faces to the light of the Son of God,
只有当他们将脸转向神儿子的真光时,

51. Only then that their shadows immediately fall behind them,
这时候,他们的影子立时落在自己的背后,

52. Only then will they be able to live victoriously.
这时候,他们才能过着得胜的生活。

53. Jesus said,
耶稣说,

54. Those who truly follow me,
那些真心要跟从我的人,

55. Shall have the light of life.
就会有生命的光。

56. The closer you walk with him,
你越亲近主,

57. The more light you will have.
就有更大的光。

58. The further you get away from him,
你越远离主,

59. The deeper the shadows are.
你的黑暗就会越浓重。

60. You know what he wants you to do
你知道主要你做什么,

61. But the question is, will you do it?
问题是,你是否愿意去做?

62. Will you do it tonight?
你今天就愿意这样做吗?
